**Job Title: Graphic Expert** **Introduction to role** Are you a strategic, collaborative, and innovative individual with creative graphic design experience, exposure to clinical/medical domain, and strong communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Graphic Lead in the GBS-GCO Medical Delivery Tower within our Global Business Services (GBS) Organization. In this role, you will focus on developing technically accurate, creative materials for internal and external audiences. You will work closely with the Medical Information & Communication team to build impactful visual assets that can be brought to bear across multiple platforms and audiences. Besides creating assets, this role contributes to developing digital experiences. It uses user-centered principles and enterprise design system standards to develop scalable, modular web and omnichannel medical content. This is your chance to work in a global environment with a team that is always innovating and striving for excellence in Medical Information & Communication to help transform care and improve patients’ lives. **Accountabilities** * The role works closely with Medical Information & Communication collaborators, content owners, and delivery teams. * Lead end-to-end creative development of medical communication assets, including slide decks, infographics, data visualizations, medical illustrations, logo and digital assets. * Translate scientific and clinical content into clear, engaging visual narratives and video outputs while ensuring, compliance, and brand alignment. * Apply user experience (UX) principles to digital medical content, including layout structuring, information hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive behavior across devices. * Act as a creative and quality gatekeeper, ensuring adherence to corporate visual identity, medical guidelines, and governance standards. * Provide creative input and review support for video-related requirements (e.g., slide-to-vide
