Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Design and produce high-quality print and digital marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales enablement materials aligned with brand guidelines. Manage end-to-end design workflows, from project intake and concept development through production, review, and final delivery. Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, templates, and visual identity systems to maintain consistency across all materials. Collaborate with marketing, sales, compliance, and external vendors to ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and production-ready. Maintain and organize creative assets, including design files, image libraries, and production resources across multiple projects. Balance multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and detail. Support compliance review processes by making necessary updates and adjustments to ensure regulatory and brand alignment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing design, or similar creative roles. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop. Solid understanding of print production processes, including prepress, color modes, resolution, bleed, margins, and file packaging. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a structured, deadline-driven environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, print, and digital design work with clear project outcomes. Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Adaptable mindset with the ability to respond to feedback and evolving project needs.
