Must Have
Minimum of 4 years industry experience collaborating with teams and working independently, Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on digital design, and preferably in a leadership or managerial capacity within a marketing agency or similar environment., portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory., Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma., Deep understanding of design principles, composition, balance, scale, and visual hierarchy, with a demonstrated ability to create designs that captivate and engage audiences., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members, clients, and other stakeholders., project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital graphic design., Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and an understanding of how design can maximize engagement and conversion.
Nice to Have
Experience in UX/UI design and web development principles is a plus.
