What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years of experience performing design functions with a demonstrative portfolio or body of work, Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design/ Digital Design, Visual Communication, Media, or equivalent experience, Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc., sense of trend spotting across all facets of visual communication on a global scale, Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work well with others both in-person and across other locations via remote communications, Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and integrate with geographically dispersed leaders and teams
Nice to Have
Knowledge of web development, web design, digital asset management and scripting languages such as HTML, CSS, jQuery highly desirable

Builds technically accurate files according to departmental standards and supplied specifications
Maintain existing brand guidelines across all creative and graphic materials and contribute to further development of a “best-in-class” organizational brand identity

**Job Summary:** The Graphic Designer will be responsible for taking conceptual design ideas and creating visual representations of them, for traditional/print and digital mediums. The role will be involved with a variety of products, applications and software platforms.
