Our goal is to make high-quality care accessible, thoughtful, and designed to fit real lives. About the role: We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong experience across digital and print, creating branding assets like brochures, packaging, and POP materials. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of how these translate into physical environments and ensures high-quality, consistent brand execution across all deliverables. Responsibilities: - Able to seamlessly move between print and digital design, delivering high-quality, production-ready assets that meet both technical requirements and brand standards. - Strong print and POP experience, including designing brochures, flyers/inserts, welcome kits, packaging, and retail or kiosk materials, with a solid understanding of how these assets translate into physical environments. - Strong understanding of print production (bleed, dielines, color systems) with the ability to prepare production-ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate execution of materials, finishes, and colors in fast-paced environments. - Work independently to manage your own workflow, execute assigned tasks, and maintain high-quality output without requiring close supervision. - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design Leads, and other team members, effectively integrating feedback to improve deliverables. - Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices, refining techniques to continuously improve creative outcomes. - Use AI-powered tools and visualization techniques to quickly prototype and explore packaging directions - Develop visual presentations that help communicate product concepts to internal teams and stakeholders Requir
