What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role, portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print, Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles, Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, attention to detail and a keen eye for visual consistency
