Must Have
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and print design work, Thorough understanding of brand standards, Exceptional attention to detail, Advanced aesthetic and visual composition skills, Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Experience using Canva, understanding of print and digital design best practices, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaboration and communication skills, Experience reviewing and proofing designed materials, Ability to shift priorities, Understanding of print production processes and digital asset optimization best practices
Nice to Have
Basic motion graphics or video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects, Understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals and responsive digital design principles, Experience working within project management platforms such as Asana or similar workflow tools, Knowledge of current design trends, marketing creative best practices, and emerging digital content formats, Experience organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries and branded template systems
