Must Have
5–10 years of graphic design experience, Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Experience in signage, large format printing, offset printing, or related industries, Attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently, Organizational and time management skills, Ability to work independently in a remote environment, Adaptable mindset and openness to feedback and process improvements, Excellent written English communication skills
Nice to Have
Pre-press file setup experience, Experience using Corebridge or similar workflow management systems, Background working in production-heavy or print-focused environments, Experience with trade show graphics and large-scale production design

Create production-ready artwork
Prepare files accurately for printing

Maintain organization and efficiency
Move projects through workflow

Collaborate internally with sales and production teams through Google Chat

Excellent written English communication skills
Process & Methodology
Manage projects ranging from single-item requests to larger multi-component orders, Maintain organization and efficiency while working under tight turnaround times, Independently move projects through the workflow
