What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of professional graphic design experience, portfolio showcasing: branding, marketing assets, social media design, and digital campaigns, Proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, understanding of both: print design, and digital design workflows, visual storytelling and layout skills, Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency
Nice to Have
Experience with: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Figma, Motion graphics or basic video editing experience, Background in: SaaS, marketing agencies, e-commerce, or startup environments, Understanding of marketing performance metrics such as: CTR, engagement, and conversion-focused design
