Must Have
4–6 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house), A portfolio showcasing digital design work across web, social, and marketing campaigns, Proficiency in modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express), Figma, and related platforms, Experience contributing to web design and digital user experiences, understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy in a digital context, Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, communication and collaboration skills, Experience using AI tools to support design workflows and improve efficiency
Nice to Have
Experience editing video content for digital and social channels, Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments, Familiarity with motion design or light animation, Understanding of performance-driven creative (e.g., optimizing assets based on engagement or conversion)

You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across marketing to translate ideas into clear, compelling visuals — balancing strong design fundamentals with the speed and flexibility required in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
