Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in a field related to art or graphic design, or equivalent experience based on Portfolio, 2-3 years' experience as a graphic designer, Knowledge of current Adobe Suite applications (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator), computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Layout skills and knowledge of design and print production processes, Excellent English language and communication skills (written and verbal), Excellent eye for detail, sense of design development, in addition to communication, research, and problem-solving., Ability to work both within a team environment and independently to prioritize tasks, Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding timelines, Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, Budgetary awareness/ability to provide accurate hours estimates for jobs
Nice to Have
Knowledge Articulate Rise, Digital experience an advantage – banners, web pages, multimedia, Knowledge of UX/UI principles to improve patient engagement and accessibility
What You'll Do.
Creates high impact designs

Collaborate with other designers, patient recruitment leads, editors, production, printers, and writers; Work with senior creatives to review final design layouts; Plan and coordinate with studio team members to delegate and manage workload; Ability to work both within a team environment and independently; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
