**_Summary of Position-_** Are you a team-player who is looking to be part of an exciting creative department at one of the most iconic retail brands in the country? We are a fast-paced group looking for a teammate who can keep with our many exciting creative challenges and opportunities! The Graphic Designer position is responsible for creating and delivering exceptional, on-brand assets for Family Dollar, to increase brand awareness and support marketing’s calendar of events, including company’s goals, programs, seasons, and campaigns. As part of the marketing team, the Graphic designer will support channels, as well as all our owned and operated properties. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating designs for a variety of marketing channels, including email marketing, website, paid media, social media, store signage and more. The Designer must visually convey strategic marketing objectives, maintain company brand standards, and should be knowledgeable of emerging trends in graphic and visual design, developing creative solutions that achieve business goals, and raise the bar for customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an impeccable eye for design, and a winning track record of delivering content on time and on brand. **_Principal Duties and Responsibilities-_** • Create/design marketing emails, web content, social media content, banner ads, signage and more • Work closely with Digital Creative & Content Manager to interpret projects while conveying marketing objectives, brand standards, and consistency across all designs • Participate in meetings to understand project objectives and scope; then brainstorm, mock-up, and design brand-consistent design elements • Confidently present and discuss design recommendations in department meetings • Display adaptability to produce production/templated designs, as well as conceptual work • Monitor the status of projects, ensuring that deliverables are on time, creative ma
