2+ years of relevant experience, portfolio showcasing your designs, know your way around the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and inDesign, can work on design tasks with a eye for detail and consistency, understand design principles (composition, typography, color, layout), able to create aesthetic and on-brand visuals for various formats, organized, able to manage your time across multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision, able to work independently across the full creative process, from concept and ideation to execution and final delivery, ask “why” behind the brief and push for better outcomes, Take ownership of projects, curious about implementing AI tools and workflows (Firefly, Midjourney, or AI-assisted editing/compositing) to improve speed, creativity, and productivity
Nice to Have
experience in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment, experience working with After Effects, UX/UI experience, familiar with Figma

Are you our new Graphic Designer? Dapper is looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye and a pioneering spirit. Someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency in the world. As a Graphic Designer on our creative team, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into visual stories, and your work will help bring our clients' brands to life across digital channels. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond. At Dapper, we believe B2B marketing needs a creative revolution. Our mission is to make B2B less boring, more creative and more impactful, with visuals that are impossible to ignore. This job is for you if you: - Have 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your designs - You know your way around the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and inDesign. - You can work on design tasks with a strong eye for detail and consistency - You’re open to feedback and able to work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, project managers and marketers - You understand design principles (composition, typography, color, layout) and are able to create aesthetic and on-brand visuals for various formats - You are organized, able to manage your time across multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
