graphic design foundation with expertise in brand systems, visual identity, refined eye for typography, layout, color, and composition, Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to independently manage projects from concept through production, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work within constraints, meet deadlines, continuously improve process and output quality, Clear communicator, presentation skills, ability to take and apply creative direction effectively, Collaborative, hands-on, solution-oriented approach to problem solving, Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Foundational motion/animation skills (e. g. , After Effects, Figma motion, or similar tools)

Nice to Have

4-year bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Fluent in fundamentals of design and production, Understanding of how brand translates across physical and digital environments
