Must Have

2–4 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles, A portfolio showing visual clarity, execution, and storytelling, Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Proficiency in Figma, Proficiency in motion/video tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro, Interest or experience using AI tools for design concepting and production, Solid understanding of layout, composition, and brand consistency, Ability to work remotely, Ability to move quickly, Ability to deliver under tight timelines

CREATE VISUALS THAT CUT THROUGH. SHAPE THE LOOK OF A BOLD BRAND. At BJAK, visual design isn’t decoration — it’s a core driver of how we communicate, convert, and stand out across Southeast Asia. As our platforms scale and reach millions of users, design quality matters more than ever. We need visuals that sell, engage, and elevate the brand across every touchpoint. We’re hiring a Graphic Designer based in Indonesia to work remotely with the BJAK team. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who understands modern digital design, has motion skills, and is curious about using AI tools to create high-impact creative work. You’ll play a key role in brand storytelling — creating static visuals, short-form videos, and marketing assets that drive performance and leave a lasting impression. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and paid ads (static and motion). - Translate creative briefs into clean, bold, conversion-focused visuals. - Use AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway to support visual ideation and production. - Collaborate remotely with content, video, product, and performance marketing teams. - Adapt and optimize visuals based on performance data and feedback. - Maintain strong visual consistency across all BJAK brand touchpoints. - Support product and growth initiatives with visuals that clearly communicate value.
