What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in graphic design or multimedia, producing high-quality visuals for online and offline platforms, Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express, Acrobat, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Experience with brand development and adherence to style guides to ensure consistency across deliverables, Experience creating layouts for digital print products such as websites, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials, Experience with wireframing, prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or XD, Experience with user-centered design methods, Knowledge of UI/UX principles, Ability to work collaboratively with teams, Ability to take ownership of projects, Ability to deliver results within tight deadlines, Ability to obtain a Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design

Nice to Have

Experience working with government or defense-sector clients, Experience developing accessible designs that comply with Section 508 standards, Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira, Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other basic web development tools to enhance collaboration with developers, Knowledge of trends in branding, multimedia, and user experience design, Ability to display a portfolio of video editing and motion graphics work, Master's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
