Must Have
Currently enrolled as a college junior or senior, preferably studying graphic design, visual communication, advertising design, or a related field., A portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills across at least two of the following: brand identity, digital/web design, social media, or motion., Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and comfort working across both tools depending on the task., Familiarity with AI tools through coursework or projects (e. g. , using AI for ideation, image generation, design iteration, or research support)., Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-moving creative environment., Clear written communication able to ask smart questions, summarize feedback accurately, and flag issues concisely.

Join us in our mission to transform skin health and enhance lives—one patient at a time. ### **Mission of the Role:** The mission of the **Graphic Design Intern** is to support Curology's creative output by contributing hands-on design work across brand, digital, social, and internal channels—building foundational skills while delivering polished, on-brand assets for a high-performing creative team. Reporting to the Art Director, the intern will assist in the execution of visual design across multiple formats and channels, support brand consistency, and contribute to both digital and production workflows across an 8-week engagement at 20 hours per week. Success in this role is defined by a sharp eye for detail, a strong grasp of design fundamentals, and the ability to execute across a range of formats with speed and intentionality. The ideal intern brings a foundation in visual communication, curiosity about emerging design tools and trends, and the organizational discipline to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously without sacrificing craft. ### **Responsibilities and Impact Areas:** **Brand & Graphic Design** * Support the development and application of brand identity assets including typography, color systems, iconography, and graphic elements.
