What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of proven experience working with established brands, building or extending design systems, and/or campaigns, collaborating with senior executive level leadership teams, A BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or equivalent field is required (or equivalent experience), Demonstration of the fundamental principles of graphic design for brand, layout, typography, video, photography, and especially 3D, Ownership of creative thinking of 3D, web, print, social, event, and video projects, and how you work in a non-linear, agile manner, Proficiency in the application of brand guidelines to campaigns and events, especially for large companies, Exciting examples of how you compose, build, and conceptualize big ideas and forward-thinking concepts, especially around abstract and technical subjects, Extensive experience and knowledge of technical and traditional art processes and 3D production pipelines, Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and handling your work in job tracking tools such as Workfront
