What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, Proven graphic design experience, Portfolio demonstrating ability to produce complete, high-quality design collateral, Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a digital/graphic design role, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office, Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Solid understanding of branding, marketing principles, and visual storytelling, Curious and perceptive, with an ability to understand stakeholder needs and produce design solutions that complement their objectives, time management skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Nice to Have
preferably within the professional services industry or a related field, Experience in creating B2B creative assets and design is an advantage, Arabic language skills, both written and spoken, are a significant advantage

Create visual content for print
Deliver visual content for digital collateral
Ensure alignment with brand
Review pitch materials
Identify opportunities for visual improvement
Gather information to support design
Maintain digital asset libraries
Organise digital asset libraries
Collaborate with bid teams
Produce data visualisations
Ensure brand assets follow guidelines
Support social media graphics creation
Assist with graphics administration
Produce client-facing collateral
Encourage client engagement
Identify design needs
Support wider Business Generation team
