What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field, Minimum 8+ years of sales experience within lab, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry or 12+ years of overall sales experience including at least 4+ years of recent sales experience within lab, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry, Ability to travel as required approximately 85%, Valid driver’s license

Documented history of sales performance success, Demonstrated selling skills, Deep understanding of selling process in healthcare industry, New product launch experience, Ability to translate complex science into compelling customer messages, Working knowledge of geography, Customer existing relationships with concierge medicine and/or health system providers, Understanding of environmental and industry trends, Accomplished track record of driving growth within owned territory, Ability to build and maintain key internal relationships, Drive strategic sales and marketing solutions, Tailor solutions to individual customer needs, Willingness to roll up sleeves and build from scratch, Experience working in a startup / high growth, Comfortable with ambiguity and change, Passion for GRAIL’s mission, Advanced business acumen, Granular account acumen management skill

Prospect and target primary care practices
Generate interest in Galleri
Onboard early adopter customers
Develop and implement a business plan
Support territory growth
Demonstrate deep understanding of LDT market
Demonstrate understanding of competitive landscape
Demonstrate understanding of current cancer screening options
Meet or exceed sales goals
Increase breadth and depth of prescribing
Maximize impact of promotional budgets
Execute national sales strategy
Identify opportunities in marketplace
Proactively communicate successful selling strategies
Manage implementation of all promotional activities
Support sales and marketing strategies
Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons
Educate providers on science and studies
Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
