What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of successful sales experience, Ability to travel as required, Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare field, Background in medical or biological sciences, Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, Recognition for sales performance, Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency with the ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision, Desire to work in a startup or high-growth environment, Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal), demonstrated ability to present to internal and external customers, time management skills with the ability to assess priorities and manage competing demands, Working knowledge of geography and customer base

Communicate successful selling approaches
Implement promotional activities
Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons
Educate providers on MCED technology
Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
Manage complex customer accounts
Engage healthcare providers
Lead high-level product conversations
Conduct clinical education sessions
Deliver value-based presentations
Apply in-depth knowledge of diagnostic tools
Analyze territory performance trends
Shape strategy and identify growth opportunities
Maintain accurate customer documentation
Build and sustain long-term customer relationships
Ensure sales activities comply with legal requirements

Collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team; Partner with internal stakeholders (sales leadership, marketing, customer service, billing, and other customer-facing teams); Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)
