supporting Operational teams
producing route plans
producing roster patterns
ensuring capability is maintained in the most cost effective and compliant way without compromising service levels
analysing volume forecasts
analysing and manipulating data from spreadsheets and other in-house systems
reporting on volumes of parcels
monitoring and assessing the progress of on-going projects
identifying ways to reduce costs by implementation of agreed processes
liaising with Hub Management to resolve any issues within the Network and promote efficiencies
liaising with the Network to arrange ad-hoc collections
liaising with Depot Management of Operations Support to plan efficient routes
maintaining effective communication between Hub and Network
