Support the execution and monitoring of essential daily and event-driven operational processes across inbound and outbound portfolio transfers (stocks
Assist with reviewing transfer requests for accuracy
and compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements
Support the coordination of stock
and cash transfers by communicating daily with brokers and internal teams
Support client queries regarding transfer status and help ensure timely resolutions in collaboration with Customer Support
Assist with investigating discrepancies and transfer-related issues throughout the transfer lifecycle
escalating where needed
Support reconciliation activities for securities settlements and cash movements to maintain accurate records
Assist with monitoring upcoming corporate actions and support appropriate handling to minimise impact on portfolio transfers
Support monitoring of internal systems to identify potential disruptions and escalate promptly
Contribute to process improvements and operational projects under the guidance of senior team members
