What You'll Do.
Assist with reception
and helpdesk services
Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace programs
Collect and track employee/visitor feedback and service observe escalation handling and resolution processes
Maintain documentation for service activities
and compliance matters
Learn about workplace technology and market support digital tool adoption and process improvement initiatives
