Must Have

Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (NodeJS, C# etc), Understanding of fundamental programming concepts, Familiarity with basic data structures and algorithms, Exposure to version control concepts (Git basics), Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, Fundamental knowledge of debugging concepts, Awareness of testing principles, Basic computer science fundamentals

Nice to Have

Internship experience or co-op programs, Academic projects or personal programming projects valued, Open-source contributions considered, Demonstrated interest in software development, Bootcamp completion with demonstrated projects considered, Self-taught programmers with portfolio considered

What You'll Do.

Fixing simple bugs in code (functional

pipeline or test automation)

Fixing configurations

Fixing deployment of a service or application

Taking well-defined minor sub-tasks and completing them

Debugging and fixing code

or infrastructure issues in pre-production environments

Learning the fundamentals of software engineering

Picking up development

and delivery fundamentals

Delivering well-defined individual tasks
