We’re looking for adaptable problem solvers with strong people skills and a passion for technology - people who are naturally curious and motivated to learn, experiment, and build their experience along the way. You’ll likely bring: A degree or equivalent experience (often in a STEM subject, but not essential). Some experience writing code - through study, work experience, or personal projects. Beyond that, we care more about your potential than perfectly refined experience. We’re more interested in how you approach problems and work with others: You communicate clearly and are comfortable working as part of a team. You can break down problems and think through possible solutions.
