It’s a fast-track program with structured rotations and a clear goal: turn you into a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, supported by a world-class Sales Academy. You’ll go through 4 consecutive roles, each with clear goals, coaching and KPIs: - 3/6 months – SDR (Sales Development Representative) - Qualify inbound leads. - Learn discovery basics, opportunity qualification and handoff to AE. - 6 months – BDR (Business Development Representative) - Learn how to generate pipeline from scratch. - Master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting.
