Key responsibilities include: * Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks. * Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour. * Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises. * Completing accurate reports after every visit. * Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
