What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field, Understanding of electronic fundamentals and embedded systems, Exposure to PCB design tools such as Altium, KiCad, or similar, Familiarity with communication protocols such as SPI, CAN, UART, or Ethernet, An interest in robotics, automation, or autonomous systems, Practical hands-on engineering skills and a willingness to learn, Problem-solving ability and attention to detail, Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

STM32 or other 32-bit microcontrollers, C/C++ embedded programming, Soldering and electronics prototyping, Robotics or industrial systems projects, Power electronics or motor control systems

Are you passionate about electronics, robotics, and cutting-edge technology? Join our engineering team and help build the next generation of autonomous robotic systems. As a Graduate Electronics Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced Mechanical, Software, and Embedded Engineers to design, test, and develop the electronics that power our robots. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience across the full product lifecycle — from concept and prototyping through to testing and deployment. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, collaborative environment where you’ll learn quickly, take ownership of meaningful projects, and contribute directly to innovative robotics technology. Please note: This role will require 5 days per week onsite in Wallingford.
