We are on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will help to support our global Audio Visual operations and work cross-functionally with our internal teams, and world leading organisations. What You'll Do: Design and Develop: Assist in creating detailed designs and technical drawings using CAD software, and collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative solutions. Project Management: Support project planning and management activities, monitor project timelines, and communicate progress to the team and stakeholders. Prototyping and Testing: Help create prototypes and models, conduct tests and simulations, and analyze results to recommend improvements. Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for designs, tests, and projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, marketing, and quality assurance, and support senior engineers in client meetings and presentations. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies, participate in training programs, and suggest improvements to design processes. What We're Looking For: Education
