What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate-level education, ideally a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control, Systems Engineering, Automation, Software Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline., Fluency in business English., Basic knowledge of control systems, control logic and how control systems interact with operational equipment., Fundamental understanding of industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus, ControlNet, Ethernet/IP or OPC, together with basic IT/OT networking knowledge., Awareness of TCP/IP networking, industrial network environments and network cybersecurity., Ability to read and understand technical diagrams, manuals, procedures and engineering documentation., Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and practical approach to technical issues., Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to support technical reports, procedures, specifications and proposal documents., Organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, priorities and deadlines., Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint., Proactive, solution-focused and willing to learn, with the flexibility to travel to customer sites and support urgent operational issues when required.

What You'll Do.
Support operation and maintenance of control systems
troubleshooting and technical support
Assist with fault identification and problem-solving
Support hardware and software solutions
Participate in site work for upgrades
Support on-site commissioning activities
maintain and troubleshoot control systems
Assist with control logic
Support control system upgrade projects
Contribute to TOMONI platform activities
Support cybersecurity-related control system activities
Prepare technical reports and documentation
Support sales and tendering activities
Work with internal teams to support customer requirements
Travel to power station sites
Support customer emergency issues

Work with the Control System team; Work with colleagues across Engineering, Programme Management, Commercial, Tendering and other internal teams

Good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to support technical reports, procedures, specifications and proposal documents
