**Job Title** Graduate Assistant - Non Teaching | Data Visualization Specialist **Agency** Prairie View A&M University **Department** Quality Enhancement Plan **Proposed Minimum Salary** $20.00 hourly **Job Location** Prairie View, Texas **Job Type** Graduate Assistant **Job Description** The Graduate Assistant, Visualization Specialist will build visualizations and dashboards for program review and assessment. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. * Integrate and transform data from multiple university systems including student information systems, learning management systems, and other enterprise databases. * Collaborate with academic affairs, student affairs, and administrative units to identify reporting needs and translate them into effective data visualizations. * Ensure dashboards are accessible and embedded within SharePoint and public-facing web platforms as appropriate. * Maintain and update existing dashboards to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with evolving institutional priorities. * Develop and maintain documentation related to data sources, dashboard logic, and reporting definitions **Required Education & Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in an applicable field. * Must be enrolled as a full-time graduate student at Prairie View A&M University.
