Graduate Analyst ## **Job title: Graduate Analyst** **Location: Isle of Man** ## **Overview of the role:** As a Graduate Analyst in Poker Promotions Analytics, you’ll use data and analytics to understand how players interact with our online promotions. You’ll support the design, optimisation, and evaluation of campaigns, helping us create better player experiences and improve commercial performance — while developing your analytical skills in a supportive environment. As part of the Poker CRM Analytics team within the wider Commercial Analytics function, you’ll work with experienced analysts who will coach and support your development as you grow into the role. No two days are the same. You might spend one day exploring data to support ideas for a new promotion, and another day helping to build or maintain dashboards that track key performance metrics. You’ll also support analysis of live promotions or recently completed campaigns, including learning how to assess results from A/B tests. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices.
