Graduate Analyst ## **Job title: Graduate Analyst** **Location: Isle of Man** ## **Overview of the role:** As a Graduate Analyst in Poker Promotions Analytics, you’ll use data and analytics to understand how players interact with our online promotions. You’ll support the design, optimisation, and evaluation of campaigns, helping us create better player experiences and improve commercial performance — while developing your analytical skills in a supportive environment. As part of the Poker CRM Analytics team within the wider Commercial Analytics function, you’ll work with experienced analysts who will coach and support your development as you grow into the role. You’ll also support analysis of live promotions or recently completed campaigns, including learning how to assess results from A/B tests. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned ## **What you’ll do:** * Supporting the Poker Promotions team to understand objectives for individual promotions. * Assisting across the promotion lifecycle, including: * Helping to shape promotional mechanics using data and past learnings * Monitoring performance while promotions are live * Analysing results post‑promotion and contributing ideas for future improvements * Using data to explore player behaviour, such as how different player groups respond to offers, and helping to translate findings into actionable insights. * Building and maintaining basic dashboards or reports to track promotional performance. ## ## **What you’ll bring:** * A degree (or expected degree) in a quantit

How to Apply on Workday
- Workday has a multi-step form — save your progress after every section.
