What They're Looking For.

Must Have

A degree (or expected degree) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, foundational programming skills in C# and/or Python, Understanding of SQL databases, ideally including SQL Server, Demonstrable experience in software development through university projects, placements, internships, or graduate programmes, A genuine interest in software development within engineering, motorsport, or high-performance technical environments, analytical and problem-solving skills, Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, A proactive, adaptable, and pragmatic mindset, Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within a high-performance team
