Full Job Description
**Job Summary** As Site GPS Practitioner, you will join the site team (reporting to the Site GPS Lead) to deploy and embed the GSK Production System (GPS) so that the site strategy turns into real improvements in safety, quality, service and cost. You will use GPS to simplify and standardise how work is done and help the site progress towards zero accidents, zero defects and zero waste. **Job Responsibilities** * Translate the site’s strategy and GPS principles into simple, standard and sustainable ways of working across site operations. * Use GPS maturity matrices to regularly assess where the site is today, identify gaps, and support the site in building and delivering action plans to close those gaps. * Build broad GPS capability at the site by helping design and embed performance management systems, developing Lean Six Sigma skills, strengthening CI and problem-solving capability, and supporting waste elimination. * Work with the site leadership team to turn business goals into clear, year-on-year improvement plans, acting as a key delivery channel for continuous improvement and keeping the focus on IPT-C objectives (innovation, performance, trust and culture). * Coach and train teams in GPS standards, tools and ways of working, running kaizen and problem-solving sessions that enable people to lead and sustain improvements themselves. * Hold and use performance management systems to track performance against targets, ensure the right governance and review routines are in place, and drive corrective actions where needed. * Apply data analytics (for example using Excel, Power BI and other tools) to understand performance trends, identify improvement opportunities and support decision making. * Work closely with site and Tech teams to align objectives and roadmaps, and support site initiatives related to automation/digital data and analytics. * Support regional GPS teams when there is a need for turnaround or accelerated GPS deployment at the site. * Assist value s
