What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Leadership role experience, 3+ years of experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15)
Nice to Have
5 years’ experience as an F-15C/E Pilot and or Weapon Systems Officer and or fighter/tactical aircraft (F-16, F-22, F-18), Experience working with the planning & scheduling processes, cost analysis, and EVMS, Active Security Clearance, Experience training and/or mentoring in a technical environment, Proven ability to lead the design and delivery of complex aircrew training solutions and courseware development

Manage team of aircrew subject matter experts
and improve simulator training devices
Develop and execute integrated departmental plans
Acquire resources for department activities
Provide technical management of suppliers
Lead process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches
and motivate employees
Provide periodic updates to senior management
Foster an innovative work environment
Implement and support Boeing initiatives
Adhere to site security procedures
Collaborate with Boeing training teams
Meet training and continuation training objectives
Maintain appropriate security clearances
Perform additional duties as assigned
