Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time both domestically and internationally, Maintain appropriate security clearances, Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance, U. S. Person required, Must meet U. S. export control compliance requirements, Requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance, An interim and/or final U. S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required, Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”, 3+ years of experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15), Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance, U. S. Person as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120.62

Nice to Have

5years’ experience as an F-15C/E Pilot and or Weapon Systems Officer and or fighter/tactical aircraft (F-16, F-22, F-18), Experience working with the planning & scheduling processes, cost analysis, and EVMS, Active Security Clearance (Active means held within the previous 24 months), Experience training and/or mentoring in a technical environment, Proven ability to lead the design and delivery of complex aircrew training solutions and courseware development
