About the Role We are seeking a senior Government Relations and Stakeholder Engagement Representative to serve as Nscale's primary public-facing presence in the West Virginia state capital. Based in Charleston, you will own Nscale's relationships with the Governor's office, the West Virginia Legislature, the WV Public Service Commission, WVDEP, and Mason County leadership in support of the Monarch Compute Campus. Monarch is a once-in-a-generation investment in West Virginia, enabled by the state's pioneering microgrid legislation. This role is at the heart of ensuring that investment translates into long-term partnership: with elected officials, regulators, county leadership, community organizations, and the residents who live near the campus. You will be a trusted ambassador for Nscale — listening as much as you speak, building durable relationships, and helping shape policy and engagement strategies that allow Monarch and West Virginia to succeed together.
