About the Role We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Government Contracts Attorney to join our legal team on-site in Arlington, Texas. The ideal candidate brings five to ten years of hands-on experience advising on federal procurement matters and possesses deep familiarity with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), data rights frameworks, and contract line item structuring. This role serves as a key legal partner to our contracts, business development, and program management teams, ensuring full regulatory compliance across the lifecycle of our government engagements. ## Key Responsibilities Contracts & Procurement Draft, review, and negotiate government prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and modifications under FAR/DFARS. Advise on contract line item number (CLIN) structure, cost/price breakdowns, and deliverable requirements to support compliant proposal submissions. Support source selection activities including review of solicitations, bid/no-bid analysis, and evaluation of terms and conditions.
