Minimum 5 years of Investment Banking Operations experience, Prior experience in change‑the‑bank initiatives, Prior experience in financial industry projects, Prior experience in governance roles within an Investment Banking COO environment, verbal and written communication skills, Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines, A proactive team player, motivation and practical problem‑solving abilities, Inquisitive mindset with analytical skills, reviewing MIS and commentary, Demonstrated alignment with the Bank’s Values and Beliefs
