You do not just deliver off-the-shelf courses; you architect learning experiences that solve specific, complex business problems for our enterprise clients. At this level, you operate with high commercial independence. You will confidently and independently run Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) for training engagements, actively contribute to pre-sales proposals, and identify upsell opportunities directly from the classroom.
