Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Plan and execute end-to-end migrations from Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments to Google Workspace with minimal business disruption. Configure and operate migration tools such as GWMME, Google Transfer Tool, BitTitan, or equivalent solutions. Manage Google Workspace administration tasks including users, groups, organizational units, licenses, and device management. Configure and maintain Google Workspace applications such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and Vault at an enterprise level. Implement and manage identity and access management policies including SSO, MFA, roles, permissions, and security groups. Monitor and enhance security posture through audit logs, DLP policies, and compliance configurations. Manage DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and troubleshoot mail flow and domain configuration issues. Document configurations, migration processes, and operational procedures while providing post-migration support. Requirements: Proven hands-on experience administering Google Workspace in enterprise environments. Strong experience leading or supporting migrations from Microsoft 365 or Exchange to Google Workspace. Deep knowledge of migration tools such as GWMME, BitTitan, Google Transfer Tool, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of DNS management including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration and troubleshooting. Experience with identity and access management concepts including SSO, MFA, and role-based access control. Familiarity with Google Vault, Admin SDK, auditing tools, and security monitoring practices. Strong technical communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent Spanish and conversational English for global collaboration and documentation. High level of autonomy, organization, and ability to deliver in fully remote, deadline-driven environments.
