Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days or more per week., For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location., Sia does not intend to employ any applicant who will require, either now or in the future, employment visa sponsorship or sponsorship for work authorization (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1/OPT) or STEM OPT, TN, etc).
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., FDE, Solutions Engineer, SRE, Software Engineer), Proficiency in Python, Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph), Experience with API development, Experience with vector databases, Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Experience with Google Gemini Enterprise Platform, Experience with Google data services (e.g. Big Query etc.), Experience with Databricks delta lake, Experience with other parts of the Databricks data stack, Experience with Agent building technologies (e.g. ADK, A2A, MCP etc), Experience with Agent Ontologies, Experience with Agent memory management, 5+ years of Wealth / Asset Management experience, High agency, Ability to operate under ambiguity, A "product" mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Cloud products, Experience implementing multi-agent systems, Advanced prompt engineering
What You'll Do.
Act as a technical partner on-site or directly with clients to drive AI adoption
Rapidly prototype to go from ideation to PoC / pilots
and deploy Generative AI applications (e.g.
MCP servers etc.) using Python
Architect solutions that connect Google's AI products with customer legacy infrastructure
Solve complex blockers to production
including data readiness
and system evaluation
