Full Job Description

## Responsibilities Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads,and Linkedin Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and paid social.Conversion Tracking Setup: Implement and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM,Meta CAPI, and platform‑specific tools.Performance Optimization: Analyze performance data to improve ROAS, CPA, and overallefficiency.Reporting & Insights: Build clear, actionable reports that translate data into strategicrecommendations.A/B Testing: Test creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drivecontinuous improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaignstrategy with business goals. ## Experience Google Ads Expertise: 2+ years managing Search, Display, PMAX, Demand Gen, and/orYouTube campaigns.Meta Ads Expertise: Experience running campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.Analytics & Tracking: Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, and Meta CAPI implementation.Data‑Driven Decision Making: Ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.Technical Troubleshooting: Comfortable diagnosing pixel issues, attribution discrepancies,and tracking errors ## Preferred Qualifications Server‑Side Tracking experience (Cloudflare, GTM Server‑Side, or similar). Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or other BI tools. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
