Reporting to the Recovery Supervisor, this ASSOCIATE role is responsible for supporting the Recovery team in order to fulfil and optimize the recovery operations, including the systems and methods; he/she is also involved in optimizing the revenue from products that would otherwise not be possible to sell. Also, he/she must ensure a positive shopping experience for the customers, so they will return and shop with us again over time. ## Qualifications * You have the interest in home furnishing, what people want in their homes and in the IKEA product range ; * You have a Forklift Certification or a candidate with relevant skills and expertise in forklift operation is a plus. * You have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in the retail industry; * You know how to manage your time effectively, able to prioritize and organize your tasks to make use of time efficiently, and you are committed to delivering according to expectations; * You have good attention to details in order to achieve accuracy in all that you do; * You are a quick learner and
