What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or Equivalent, 1-3 years experience, Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing, 3+ years knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training, Trackman Level 1 & 2, Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment, Passion for golf equipment & related technology, Desire for continued learning (self) and teaching others, Stays current with industry trends
Nice to Have
PGA of America Class A or LPGA Member in good standing, Apprentice Level 1, 2, 3 or interested in becoming a PGA/LPGA Member through our PGA/LPGA Associate Program
What You'll Do.
Build student base by creating safe environments
Provide high quality instruction
Build long lasting relationships with each student
Talk with clients to identify strengths and weaknesses
Act as Trusted Advisor for each student
Seek out information and opportunities to develop self
Ensure teaching concepts are directed toward students understanding
Adjust teaching style to best facilitate students learning
Continuously looking for new and creative ways to build student base
Strive to meet and exceed financial and metric goals
Involved in community outreach by partnering with local organizations
and spread awareness of Golf Galaxy experience
Lead initiatives within local community to promote services
Works collaboratively with Certified Fitters and teammates
Enhance Trusted Advisor experience with each student
Interact with Fitters / Golfers during Fittings
Offer suggestions or advice on lesson plans

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works collaboratively with Certified Fitters and teammates to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience; Share knowledge, experience and expertise with fellow teammates and Golfers
Communication Scope
Talk with clients to identify strengths and weaknesses of swing / game; Get to root of students’ lesson goals; Act as Trusted Advisor for each respective student
