What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Be on-time for shift and ready to work 5 minutes prior to shift starting, Always have a Ranger Flag displayed, wear a staff shirt and use your name tag, Always carry extra scorecards, pencils and ball mark repair tools to give to players when needed, Be in possession of the daily tee sheet and monitor for updates throughout the shift, Make sure all radio, cart, etc. are working correctly, Be prepared for inclement weather, understand bad weather procedures and communicate with golf shop during weather alerts as necessary, You should not be playing golf on your shift
What You'll Do.
Check carts and bring them to the front of the golf shop when outdoor services is not on duty

Use white golf carts on busy days
and ball mark repair tools to players
Act as on-course customer service specialist
Promote facility programs
Provide welcoming first contact and ensure enjoyable customer experience
Check with golf shop for special instructions (e.g.
Monitor daily tee sheet for updates
Ensure radio and cart functionality
Communicate regularly with the golf shop
Assist customers with on-course problems and alert supervisors if necessary
Move around the course in reverse order (hole 18 back to hole 1)
Enforce facility rules and regulations
Fill and clean water stations
Check and refill divot container stations
Assist in keeping the course and areas around the clubhouse clean
Address maintenance issues (ball washers
Check the driving range
organize and maintain neatness
Keep players on pace-of-play schedule and report problems
Check in with golf shop personnel regularly
Be prepared for inclement weather and follow bad weather procedures
Assist other outside staff as needed
Fix ball marks on greens or fill divots on tees and fairways during slow periods
Refuel and wash used cart at the end of the shift
