Responsibilities Core Development: Participate in the design and development of backend systems, utilizing Go to build high-performance and high-concurrency microservices. System Optimization: Gain a deep understanding of business requirements, analyze system bottlenecks, and drive product performance tuning and architectural upgrades. Platform Engineering: Solve complex technical challenges and contribute to the development and maintenance of common components, middleware, and frameworks. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Frontend, QA, and Product teams to ensure high-quality implementation of technical solutions; draft standardized design, technical, and API documentation.
