Drive performance, scalability, and security improvements. Collaborate closely with RAN engineers and cross-functional teams. Act as Scrum Master in a cross-functional team. Requirements: 4–10 years of experience in software development. Advanced expertise in Golang and React.js. Experience with microservices, containerization, and CI/CD.
