What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns, Proficiency in platforms such as DV360 or equivalent, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting, Fluency in English, Polish language knowledge, minimum at B12 level, Residency in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan

Openness to learning new DSP platforms and technologies, Analytical skills and a passion for deriving insights from data to inform optimization strategies, Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving campaign goals and priorities, Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
What You'll Do.
Manage campaigns across various DSP platforms
Implement and optimize programmatic campaigns
Conduct monitoring and analysis of campaign performance
Ensure accuracy of campaign reporting tools
Produce comprehensive daily campaign reports
Provide commentary and strategic recommendations
Support QA work of junior team members
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia; Collaborate closely with regional teams (Europe, U. S.); Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
